Both hotels are in the heart of car-free Zermatt, directly opposite each other on Steinmattstrasse: Hotel Chesa Valese at Steinmattstrasse 30 and Hotel Daniela at Steinmattstrasse 39, 3920 Zermatt, Switzerland. Zermatt train station is about 600 metres away.

Our complimentary shuttle between Zermatt train station and the hotel runs daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, for both pick-up and drop-off. Please share your exact arrival time in advance so we can arrange it, or call reception on +41 (0)27 966 80 80 if it’s same day.

Zermatt is car-free. If you travel by car, you park in Täsch and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. At Zermatt station we pick you up with our hotel electric car.

Check-in is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is until 11:00 on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise.

At Hotel Chesa Valese, the Alpine Double Room Matterhorn View and the Alpine Matterhorn Suite have a south-facing balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. At Hotel Daniela, the Swiss Friends Suite offers Matterhorn views.

At Hotel Chesa Valese: the Alpine Roof Suite (up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on two levels) and the Alpine Matterhorn Suite (up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Matterhorn view). At Hotel Daniela: the Swiss Family Suite (two double rooms with a connecting door for up to 4 adults and 1–2 children) and the Swiss Friends Suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). For three guests there are the Alpine Triple Room and the Swiss Double Room Plus.

Your rate includes the pick-up and drop-off service from Zermatt station by hotel electric car, The Sisters breakfast buffet (7:30–10:30), access to the hotel spa, bathrobe and slippers on request, a minibar with soft drinks, a Nespresso coffee machine, TV and Wi-Fi.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free for our guests in both hotels.

Yes. The Sisters breakfast buffet is included for all hotel guests and served daily from 7:30 to 10:30, with regional, high-quality products.

The Be Charming Spa has a sauna (80–90 °C) and a steam bath, and we are happy to arrange a massage on request. It is open daily from 16:00 to 20:00; if you would like to use it earlier, just ask at reception. The spa is clothing-free and for guests aged 16 and over.

The Gädi Spa offers a sauna, a gentle steam bath, a bubbling jacuzzi and Heidi’s cosy hay beds. It is open daily from 16:00 to 20:00 for guests aged 16 and over.

Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. They must be sent in writing to the booked hotel. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
